Returns & Exchanges

At Los Angeles Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale goods, are non-returnable for hygienic and clearance reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand off your return package to the designated carrier or drop it at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange within 5-10 business days.
